Grabbed a Little Second Wind

Last night my wife and I went to see a college buddy's band, Second Wind, play at Sully's in Chantilly. They cover a bunch a bands and did some great REM, Counting Crows, BNL, and even Bruce & Johnny Cash last night.

The lead singer has an excellent range of voice and was extremely energetic for an "old" guy like me.

My buddy, Bob McLelland, is the lead guitarist. We never knew he played guitar, which apparently he has since college (that's 20 years ago for those who are keeping track). I was really impressed with his ability and he belted out a couple of great guitar solos.

I attempted to take some pictures. Definitely need to learn more about shooting in a club. :)
